EXPERIENCE
Daniela has almost 20 years’ experience in both private practice and in house. She was Special Counsel at Minter Ellison Adelaide for 7 years, specialising in Insurance and Corporate Risk, gaining invaluable experience in contract works, business interruption, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation.
From there she moved on to the Catholic Education Office as In House Legal Counsel, assisting schools to navigate their legal challenges including statutory compliance, contract and risk management, policy drafting and review, industrial relations and insurance.
Daniela’s experience covers a range of sectors, including manufacturing, retail, education, building, construction and professional services.
In 2013, Daniela undertook the prestigious Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program.
Daniela has strategic foresight, unwavering tenacity and a strong commercial approach. She is a long-time member of several Legal Associations and mentors students through the Law Society Indigenous Law Student Mentoring Program.
