Sarah is the Founder of You Legal. With over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, she is passionate about protecting business leaders, specifically within the healthcare sector, to allow them to focus on what matters to them most, making their impact in the world. With an extensive understanding of corporate and commercial issues, and the complex regulatory environment and industry innovation medical practices face, Sarah strives to help them navigate these challenges with confidence.

EXPERIENCE
Sarah has worked as a lawyer in Australia for almost 20 years. Sarah’s career started in litigation at a top tier law firm, and her passion for governance and the impact that it can make to an organsation came from her employment with two well recognised ASX listed companies.
In 2013 Sarah founded You Legal, a new category of law firm that provides clients with easy and transparent access to legal talent in a more flexible, cost effective and efficient manner.
Sarah was awarded the prestigious Telstra Business Women’s Award in the start-up category for South Australia in October 2015 and is the author of three best-selling books on governance including ‘Growing a Medical Practice: From Frustration to a High Performance Business’. She has been a TEDx speaker, and is the Chair of the Catalyst Foundation board and serves on the Entrepreneur’s Organisation’s global committee as the Governance Chair for APAC.
In recent years she has concentrated on delivering quality legal services to a range of clients. She has an active practice in corporate and commercial law, giving peace of mind to organisations, including ASX listed companies Australia-wide.
