WHY DO I NEED TO GET IT RE-DRAFTED?
Medical Practice Services Agreements are not new, independent contractor arrangements have been very popular in the health industry for a long time. It's a working arrangement that has been implemented for many years; even though there are risks involved for the practice. The major risk exists when the agreement is not in writing or the agreement is not well drafted or if a new precedent changes the interpretation of the law, or requirements for your agreement.
