This Fast Track Supervision Agreement is tailored to support practices engaging practitioners who require formal supervision. 

If you purchase this Agreement, our lawyers will prepare it for your practice or clinic based on the specific arrangements. If you need legal advice on supervision frameworks or risk exposure, we can provide this under a separate scope and quote.

We have developed the Supervision Agreement for use with reference to current supervision obligations under relevant frameworks, including the Medical Board of Australia and other allied health Boards, and Colleges, and is designed to support safe clinical governance.

This Agreement will help you:

• Define clear responsibilities between the supervisor and supervisee

• Set expectations around communication, oversight, and escalation processes

• Ensure documentation is in place to support AHPRA compliance

• Reduce the risk of misunderstandings or professional liability for both parties

• Protect both the practice and the practitioners involved

Once you purchase this Agreement:

1. You will receive an email from us giving you the option to either:

• provide us with the information we need to prepare the Agreement via the instruction sheet that we will send to you; or

• book a call to provide us with the information we need to prepare the Agreement.

1. We will then prepare the first draft of the Agreement based on your instructions.

2. We will provide the draft Agreement to you by email.

3. You are welcome to either talk to us on the telephone (for up to 30 minutes) or email your comments and questions.

4. We will then finalise the Agreement (if any changes are required and if instructions are received within 30 days of us sending you the first draft); and

5. You have a new asset to use in your Practice.
