Roxanne Hart is an experienced corporate lawyer who practiced at one of the highest regarded law firms in Queensland for several years before joining us at You Legal. She practices predominantly in the areas of corporate and commercial law.

She advises small, medium and large businesses, public and private companies, Government bodies and not-for-profits.

Through this role she brings an understanding of innovation, technology, social media strategy, online consumer behaviour, strategic planning and execution of alternative business models disrupting traditional business.

  • Vice Chair & Director, Worklink Limited – Having been on the Board of one of the largest not for profits in Queensland, Roxanne was instrumental in developing and overseeing the execution of the strategic plan for the company to ensure its survival with the introduction of the NDIS. Her skills are in identifying growth opportunities and engaging with stakeholders.
